Ingredients

  • 4 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 8 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 4 Tsp Thyme
  • 4 Tsp Cumin

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a bowl, grinding Thyme in a mortar and pestle to make it finer if desired. Pour entire contents into an air-tight container and label.
    Use to season meat, or add to salad or crumbs for coating mix. To make a Keto, crispy crumb coating mix, blend a few tablespoons in with a bag of finely crushed pork rinds.
