This is a super simple and healthy tomato cucumber salad that you would swear is covered in a dressing of some kind. But it’s moisture comes out of the fruit/vegetables, mixed with the seasoning and that’s it.
Having my Healthy Chicken Seasoning which is gluten-free, dairy-free, and keto on hand is a huge help.
I have served this up to guests and they came back for more. When I offered to make a tomato cucumber salad to go with our meal they reacted oddly. “What’s so special about lettuce, tomato and cucumber?” I replied, “There is no lettuce in this.” In disbelief they asked “What kind of salad has no lettuce?” Well, this salad has no lettuce.

Of course, you can add peppers and onions to this. With Olives and Feta, it becomes a Greek salad. Diced Apple and raisins with a sprinkling of slivered almonds could go with this too. I like it as is, or with avocado to boost the good fats for a keto diet.Print Recipe
Healthy Tomato Cucumber Salad
- 1 English Cucumber
- 2 Tomato Tennis ball sized
- 2 Tbsp Healthy Chicken Seasoning Blend See link in article,
- Simply dice tomato and cucumber, add to a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle with Healthy Chicken Seasoning Blend,
- Stir gently but thoroughly, Allow to rest for 10 minutes (optional) and serve
